You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control. 4.3 Where an obvious error in pricing has occurred we reserve the right to advise the correct price and refund any monies paid.

These Conditions (as amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter covered and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral, between you and us in relation to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information given by either of us shall alter the interpretation of these Conditions. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of these Conditions save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of these Conditions.
14 LAW
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
15. DELIVERIES
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order (Deliveries are made to ground floor only). If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the suppliers control the supplier will inform you as soon as possible and a refund or re-credit will be made for the sum that has been paid by you or debited for goods ordered.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign and to confirm your goods have been received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse delivery. Failure to do so may effect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
The goods become your risk from the time of delivery, Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until payment has been received in full.
16. RETURNS
Except in the case of faulty or misdecribed goods you will be responsible for returning the goods in original and undamaged packaging to us at your own cost. Advanced notice must be given to us by E mail. You must take reasonable care to ensure items are not damage in transit. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in the event of items returned with damaged packaging or missing/incomplete parts We will charge for collections where goods are returned as unwanted.
If the goods are supplied to you are damaged you must inform us within 24hrs by E mail or Fax. Please check package/goods on receipt from courier. Refuse delivery if damaged.
17. WARRANTY
All goods supplied are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than as recommeded by the manufacturer, failure to follow manufacturers instructions, or any action or repair carried out without the manufacturers or suppliers written approval.
18. Your right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order up to 7 working days after receipt of goods. To excercise this right you must give written notice to us by fax, recorded delivery or e mail giving details of the goods ordered and where appropriate their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or misdecribed goods, If you excercise the right of cancellation after delivery you are responsible for returning the goods in original and undamaged packaging at your own cost. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in the event of items returned with damaged packaging or missing/incomplete parts.
19. PAYMENT
Payment can only be made through the PROTX system. This is for your maximum protection. Goods will only be delivered to a PROTX confirmed address, thus minimising the risk of your card being used illegally. In addition you will be covered by the PROTX protection schem in addition to your normal rights. For full details go to www.PROTX.com.
Do you need to have a PROTX account.?
No. During check out stage you are securely transferred to the PROTX payment page. Here you are given the choice to pay be either: Loggin onto your existing PROTX account OR. If you do not have a PROTX account PROTX will simply and secrely collect your billing and delivery address and credit/debit card details to complete the transaction.
Is PROTX safe to use?

Once your payment is complete you will be E mailed with a receipt for the transaction.
